課題組主要研究數(shù)字細(xì)胞大模型，模擬細(xì)胞動(dòng)態(tài)和擾動(dòng)響應(yīng)，并解析其調(diào)控機(jī)制，具體研究?jī)?nèi)容包括：
1）系統(tǒng)整合多組學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)，構(gòu)建細(xì)胞表征與狀態(tài)預(yù)測(cè)的深度學(xué)習(xí)模型和算法；
2）建立細(xì)胞數(shù)字孿生體系，模擬發(fā)育與穩(wěn)態(tài)、疾病發(fā)生與藥物干預(yù)過(guò)程中的細(xì)胞動(dòng)態(tài)與擾動(dòng)響應(yīng)；
3）解析轉(zhuǎn)錄因子與調(diào)控元件間的作用規(guī)則，揭示細(xì)胞動(dòng)態(tài)演化過(guò)程的細(xì)胞特異性調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)及其作用機(jī)制。
為實(shí)現(xiàn)這些研究?jī)?nèi)容，課題組將采用多學(xué)科的方法和技術(shù)，包括深度學(xué)習(xí)、生物信息學(xué)、基因組學(xué)、CRISPR基因編輯、高通量篩選、以及各種測(cè)序技術(shù)。
